AWWN \u2013 Service Booking Terms of Use<\/strong><\/p>

By booking a service through the AWWN (Arab Women Wellbeing Network) platform, you agree to the following terms:<\/p>

  1. Role of AWWN<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    AWWN is a digital platform that connects users with independent third-party service providers.
    AWWN does not<\/strong> provide medical, legal, therapeutic, or professional services itself and is not responsible<\/strong> for the advice, services, or outcomes delivered by providers.<\/p>

    1. Independent Service Providers<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      All services are delivered by independent professionals who are solely responsible for:<\/p>

      • the accuracy of their advice,<\/li>
      • the quality of their services,<\/li>
      • compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards.<\/li><\/ul>

        AWWN does not guarantee outcomes or results from any service booked.<\/p>

        1. Booking & Payment<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
          • Payments are processed securely via the AWWN platform.<\/li>
          • AWWN may charge a platform commission as part of the booking.<\/li>
          • Prices, session length, and service scope are set by the provider.<\/li><\/ul>
            1. Cancellations & Rescheduling<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
              • Cancellation and rescheduling policies are defined by each provider and shown at booking.<\/li>
              • Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refundable.<\/li>
              • AWWN is not responsible for provider availability changes.<\/li><\/ul>
                1. Medical, Legal & Emergency Disclaimer<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  Services provided through AWWN:<\/p>

                  • are not a substitute for emergency services<\/strong>,<\/li>
                  • are not crisis or emergency care<\/strong>,<\/li>
                  • should not be used in urgent or life-threatening situations.<\/li><\/ul>

                      Your personal information is handled in accordance with AWWN\u2019s Privacy Policy.
