AWWN – Events Booking Terms of Use

By booking or registering for an event through the AWWN platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Event Organisation

Events listed on AWWN may be:

• organised by AWWN, or
• organised by third-party partners or speakers.

AWWN may act as a facilitator only.

2. Tickets & Registration

• Event bookings are confirmed only after successful payment (if paid).
• Some events may be free but require registration.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refund policies vary by event and will be stated on the event page.
• AWWN reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change speakers or format.
• If an event is cancelled by the organiser, refunds (if applicable) will be issued.

4. Content & Materials

Event content is for educational and informational purposes only.
It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Recording, reproduction, or distribution of event materials without permission is not allowed.

5. Conduct & Participation

Participants are expected to engage respectfully.
AWWN reserves the right to remove participants who:

• behave inappropriately,
• disrupt events,
• violate community or safety guidelines.

6. Liability

AWWN is not responsible for:

• opinions expressed by speakers or attendees,
• technical issues beyond reasonable control,
• personal belongings at in-person events.

7. Photography & Recording

Some events may be recorded or photographed for documentation or promotional use.
By attending, you consent unless you notify AWWN in advance.
